RESERVATIONS
Pavilion Rental (Small)
The capacity is for 30 – 40 people. The area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a bar with a sink and water.
Pavilion Rental (Large)
The capacity is for 100 – 150 people. The area is furnished with tables and chairs. Optional Kitchen / Bar Rental – This area is available as an optional add-on to the Large Pavilion Rental. The area has a full-size bar and chairs with additional seating area with more tables and chairs. The area has a full-size commercial kitchen with refrigerators, stove, and cooking facilities.
Private Event Club Rental
The entire club’s capacity is for 250 people and the Club is closed to the Public and other reservations for private events.
Club Santa Lucia Regulations
1. Pets are not allowed.
People with pets will be asked to leave without reimbursement for Club fees.
2. Smoking is not allowed.
People who smoke will be asked to leave without reimbursement for Club fees.
3. Loud music is not allowed.
In case an activity has music which is louder than 85 decibels, the group will be warned and/or asked to leave without reimbursement for Club fees.
4. Drunken behavior is not allowed.
Santa Lucia is supported by Neighbors Vigilantes. People who exhibit drunken behavior will be asked to leave without reimbursement for Club fees.
5. Plants may not be removed from Santa Lucia Club property.
People who attempt to remove plants will be asked to leave without reimbursement for Club fees and may be fined to restore plants to original state.
